Privacy policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This policy explains what information SmaRTy Saini IT Consulting ("we", "I") collects through smartysaini.com and how it gets used. The short version: I collect what you send me through the contact form, I use it to reply to you, and I don't sell it to anyone.
Information collected
When you submit the contact form, I receive the information you enter: your name, email address, company name if you provide one, the topic you select, and your message. The site does not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies.
How it's used
Your contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to communicate about that work. You will not be added to a newsletter or a marketing sequence. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Form processing
The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form processing service that transmits your submission to my email. Their handling of the data in transit is covered by their own privacy policy at formsubmit.co.
Client data and PHI
Consulting engagements that involve access to protected health information are governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement, not by this website policy. This policy covers only what you submit through the site itself. Please do not include patient information or other sensitive data in the contact form.
Data retention
Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. If you want your inquiry deleted, email contact@smartysaini.com and I will remove it.
Your rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information a business holds about them and to request its deletion. Given what this site collects (contact form submissions only), the practical way to exercise these rights is to email contact@smartysaini.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
